I have extensive experience within the field of education and am an experienced teacher, tutor and assessor. 

I have worked with young people who are autistic, have dyslexia or dyscalculia or are highly anxious. I also have experience of working with learners with Tourette Syndrome and school based anxiety. I believe that all children should be supported to learn and aim to make students feel safe and valued.

I qualified as a teacher in1994 and have worked with ages 3-11 in schools, been part of a senior management team and been an Early Years Ofsted Inspector. In 2015, after twenty one years as a classroom teacher, I made the decision to leave the classroom, home educate my children and tutor privately. Initially, I worked face to face but in 2020 I made the decision to work online. I now offer my tuition and assessment services face to face or remotely and work with students from various parts of the UK. I now tutor students from 7  adult and have supported learners with GCSE Maths and English.
